Optimization of notched tensile test specimen under plane strain condition

چکیده

In the current paper, specimen notch geometries during plane strain tensile test for cold-rolled steel DC01 is studied and optimized using Response Surface Methodology (RSM) desirability approach. The angle (X°), width (d), length (c) were main geometry parameters considered in this study. effects of these on state expressed by self-defined metrics, namely Plane Strain State Index (PSSI) Homogeneity (HI) as well those analyzed ANOVA analysis. quadratic mathematical models obtained RSM presenting evolution PSSI HI depending (X°, d, c) are presented. Optimization to achieve optimal better was carried out a function.
